Its like pure melted on rubber** A: I would have to say no as it needs to be applied to the adhesive or be able to soak through a top surface. If you can scrape/lift an edge it often will seep in that way. The rubber is, purposefully, waterproof and likely has no adhesive, but sticks on its own during application. It has a million other uses, but I think if you ask the manufacturer they will say no. **Q: I pulled up linoleum floor but there’s still a layer of paper glued to concrete floor. Will this work to get paper and glue off concrete?** A: I have been using this product for years. Never used in this way but I will tell you that if you allow this to sit for a while it will take almost anything off. Great product for splashed paint to grease on laundry. worth a try and let it set for a half an hour.
