Head leaks. Valve doesn't close fully
Very disappointed with this product. Has a constant slight drip from the head and the shut off valve doesn't work. This has caused damage to the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling

Looks fab but the the seal is rubbish so leaks
Useless as it leaks from the shower end as the seal is not good. Returning for a refund.

Back support washer missing
Overall ok product/quality however slight improvement would be helpful for installer. It has the front plate which is very soft and poor quality however at the back there nothing but male straight connector which means after installation with speed fit fitting tap turn around when try to turn it on. A back washer would stopped this from happening.
