This is the tool you need to do this task. You cannot use a click-type torque wrench to set rotational preload. This is a very well built tool that comes with a Certificate of Calibration Accuracy. You can recalibrate this one, too. It is either made by or for Snap-On and the quality is apparent when you open the box. Easy to use, super accurate. Highly recommended if you need one of these guys at a fairly decent price.
