We don't see an issue with the colors, perhaps it was a glitch the other day. Actually to open them out, as shown in the picture, there is a thin cord you pull to extend them. They don't stay open unless you are holding the cord tightly. The cord is very thin, as are the wings themselves (very lightweight). For £50, it’s awful for these to be broken in mail. I spent £50 of my birthday money on these alone not including the £50 spent on feathers to decorate it.
