Review: I’ve been using the Axe One-Hand Training Bat for a few weeks during my hitting drills, and I’m seeing improvements in my clients hand path and wrist strength. The one-hand focus forces you to swing clean and stay connected, and the unique handle of the Axe design really helps with control. What I like: • The handle feels grippy and aligned — less hand fatigue when doing high reps. • Using just the top hand (and then just the bottom hand) drills with this bat really highlights flaws in my swing path that I didn’t notice before. • Built solid. It holds up to tee work and soft toss, where I’ve taken a lot of swings. • Good size and feel for both youth and adult training (especially useful if you coach or train multiple age groups).

**Q: I am looking for a one hand trainer that can accomodate both hands at once. Will this 22 inch trainer support that?**
A: Absolutely, yes!

**Q: Can 10 year olds swing this one handed bat or is it too heavy?  I see it weighs the same as their full 29" bat.**
A: It can be handled by 10 year olds because even though it is a similar weight as a drop 10 29 inch bat, its shorter length makes its MOI less, meaning it swings way lighter than a 29 inch bat.

**Q: I have a tiny 5 yr old granddaughter that a 24" bat is just to long for her to swing... Can she hit a ball off the "T" without damaging the bat**
A: Yes, this 18" one-hand trainer is designed to be hit by adults off tees or tossing, so it's very durable. However, even though it is 18" it weighs about 18.5 oz while our 24" tee ball bats only weigh 13 oz, so it's likely too heavy for her to handle.

**Q: What ages should use the 18” and what ages should use 22”?**
A: All ages can use each length so it's really just preference. The 18" could work better for 10 years and younger but both sizes work for even adults.

IMO better than wood short one had bat from its durability stand point. Works great for top/bottom hand work and extension work too.
