Thanks ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best gimbal for gopro *by G***. on October 24, 2018* I have been using zhiyun rider-m for 2 years, rider-m's stabilization was also great for a wearable gimbal. However, rider-m doesn't build with joystick on it, it wasn't easy to control the angle when using rider-m.Luckily I found Vilta-G. It just includes all the functionalities that I imagined about how a dream gimbal should be.1. It's wearable, I can mount it on my capture pro when I'm cycling. (this is the only function that rider-m also did)2. It has joystick to control the angle,3. battery handle that can extend gopro's and its battery life.4. I can connect the gimbal to my gopro and work as a smart remote of gopro, so when I'm using this gimbal, I can control the gopro without touching it directly touching it.5. The trigger on the gimbal handle, apart from changing the shooting mode, It can turn 180 degree from taking the front view to selfie by double tapping the trigger. This is very important since I like taking vlog videos.6. I appreciate its locking system that it doesn't use 2 screws to hold the gopro on it. Its locking system is much faster to install and release gopro on it comparing with zhiyun and feiyu traditional design.The only cons is that it doesn't come with the power adaptor, you have to buy it separately. Fortunately the power adaptor is not expensive, I ordered together with the gimbal. If you are using gopro hero 5 or above, don't hesitate to add the power adaptor to your cart.This is a great all-round gimbal for gopro. In terms of cost and performance, I think I can say it's perfect to me. I highly recommend people who owns a gopro to choose vilta-g. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gimbal is good, some flaws, part not included, and support concerns *by D***N on June 29, 2017* Good features but could be better.Upshot - overall I like it but deducted 3 stars due to some technical flaws and missing equipment they do not include in the package. I'm still debating if I should keep this due to the flaws but more than anything I'm a bit concerned about the support and more importantly for me the Hero5 charge adapter they don't include.Pros:-The gimbal itself works very well and is stable. I can jar it around and it is pretty steady.-The App is pretty slick and it enables you to control the Gimbal as well as change some granular settings like gimbal reaction speed, control movement speed, gimbal silent mode (check my comment in Cons section, remote control using phone/app, etc.-Really like that you can mount it to a traditional GoPro mountCons:-Gimbal noise: in normal mode it's pretty noisy and in silent mode it is bearable. I don't think I can use it to record audio unless I'm in a noisy environment and folks are talking loudly.-Gimbal to battery handle connection: this enables you to remove the gimbal assembly from the handle - due to this design if I shake side to side I can hear the noise of the gimbal assembly moving side to side ever so slightly. noise is the annoyance - no concerns with it falling off though.-GoPro Hero 5 Battery charger adapter!!! - WHY NOT INCLUDE IT IN THE KIT?!?!?!? I originally thought the kit was missing this part as it doesn't say anything about it and is in the instruction manual but doesn't state it is a separate part. This annoys me more than anything. I pay $300 for this thing and they can't include a GoPro Hero5 charging adapter? Now I have to chase down a manufacturer that is difficult to get a hold of because they are in China to find this small piece. What a hassle and so cheap not to include a full package!!!!-Support!!!! I tried to submit a question about the GoPro Hero5 charge adapter and I can't even submit due to a problem with their website. Looks like there will be support issues in the future if something goes wrong.UPDATE 6/29/17: I reached out to their local contact here in the US and I was very pleased that they responded back the very next day. Matt from Freevision located locally in CA was able provide some context that they apparently had some technical issues with the website and it is now resolved. Once you figure it out you will realize how great this gimbal is.I love it.I chose this gimbal because of the price and its ability to adapt to Gopro mounts. I did a lot of research. This dork has been looking at gimbals for about 2 years now and finally pulled the trigger.There was not much in terms of reviews/YouTube videos (compared to other competing gimbals) but what I found was enough to convince me. My only worry is the plastic Gopro tabs will snap off over time making it un-wearable.12/7/17 updateThe GoPro tabs (this is what I am calling them) are metal!The wearable base also has 2 1/4 20 tripod screw mounts giving you even more mounting options.Anyway I charged the handle and gimbal separately until they were fully charged (according to the directions) and then gave it a test.
