The belt portion appears to be relatively "one size fits all" I can't imagine it being too big or too small for anyone. The only "con" I had about the belt is I wish that it had some kind of padding on the back side of the latching mechanism where it hits your waist. It seems like on a really long run this might start to rub wrong. Overall, I didn't feel like this was enough to deduct a star.The hooking mechanisms are all very sturdy and it is convenient that the leash has two separate smaller leash connections in the event you want to shorten any part of it. The three handles are perfect for grabbing your misbehaving dog conveniently depending on where s/he is at the time of misbehavior. If your dog is anything like mine, this functionality is pretty much a must-have. Also, the top handle has a really soft and comfortable grip which feels nice! The bungees are tight enough not to pull you, but give enough when you're running that you don't trip over your mutt.The two pouches seem a little bulky since the strap goes through the middle of them instead of being higher up where it hangs down more. I don't think this would be convenient for a long run, but if you just wanted to have all your things hands free for a shorter jaunt, I think they would be perfect.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ awesome hands free!!! *by K***B on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2017*  This product is so awesome!! It comes with its own carrying case, a pouch for dog treats, and a water bottle holder. If you connect it as shown, you'll have a very long leash. You can connect them separately and walk 2 dogs at the same time. Its such a great help for me to be hands free.
