When I bought my Moab 1 a few years ago, I bought a size 10 and they were too small. I had to by a 10.5 and wore those comfortably for years. I recently bought a pair of Moab 2 in a 10.5 and it was too small. **Q: Would these be appropriate to wear on a surface like walking for a week at Disney?** A: I work on helicopters in a 1.3 million square foot hangar. Yes that's a huge workspace. I'm on my feet all day. I wear them every day. In the last 4 years I have gone through 2 pairs and just got my 3rd. I love them. I have gone to Alaska the last two years and they went with me and performed well. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet. They are like having clouds strapped to my feet. They are not heavy. **Q: Is this shoe water proof/resistant?** A: No ventilators are not water proof. That being said I have purchased 3 pairs over the last 10 years, I love these shoes!! **Q: Is the shoes waterproof and slippery resistance** A: Yes, the shoe is very waterproof if you avoid stepping into freestanding or flowing water higher than 1/4 inch. I try to walk 5 miles ( 10,000) steps a day for 5 or 6 days a week and wow these new shoes are really great! I walk both hardtop road and hilly tractor trails. Feet don't hurt and walking is now a joy and not a burden! For me these are a perfect fit and well worth the $75.00 I paid for them!
