Malt vinegar has a milder flavour than regular vinegar and doesn't overpower the fish (unless you use too much). However, this bottle used to have a removable top to allow for refilling. This looked like it should in the picture, it did not. Perhaps it should state this in the description. Someone in the reviews said theirs did have a removable top, mine didn't.
