Review: Works great - We bought this to use for the lateral tank in our septic system and it works great. The discharge rate is fast and is sufficient to push the water the 35-40 feet across our pasture through the extension tube. I was worried that we'd need a 1/2 hp, but the 1/3 is more than enough.
Review: You can do this! - We bought a house in a very rainy area, apparently the people who used to live here were driven crazy by the basement flooding several times a year. It has a pump basin and a 90s era sump pump that died long ago. I fitted the out outlet and plugged in the pump and set it into the basin and it went right to work. Now it never floods down there. We even put a dehumidifier down there and it's dry and clean. Don't pay someone to do something so simple.
