**Q: are each balloon individually wrapped?**
A: no. but if you are buying them for any children I recommend you not buying them. I blew one up and it popped in my face. I didn't blow it up very big either. To me if they are made for children to play with they need to make them more durable. I am now stuck with 29 balloons that I cant use. Hope this helps you in your decision. :)
