I can have my room temperature at 70 degrees and only have a thin sheet over me, but I put off massive amounts of body heat when falling asleep, apparently. Combine this with a memory foam mattress and I sometimes wake up feeling like I'm cooking. These bamboo pillow cases are so soft, light and cool against the skin that even when the rest of me is baking, at least my head stays relatively cool.
