Q: I’m 5’5 and weight 156 what size should I get?

The size chart linked underneath where you pick your size is the brand one. I found both styles to run small, though the 8' long one's felt bulky in the inner thigh area, even though they can be folded down to accommodate a shorter rise. For reference I'm apx. 110 lbs with a 28 waist and 34 / 36 low hip. I ordered both in small but I'm returning both and plan on trying the 5' long in medium and large. they are soft and a bit stretchy out of the package just unfortunately too tight once on.

Q: What is the material blend? Description says nylon / Spandex but in some of the pictures its showing Polyester/ spandex.

These shorts are stylish, comfortable with 75% Nylon/25% spandex with side pockets, high waistband, material is like butter. My true size is an XL, I chose to go down two sizes M, cause I like the compression. I hope my review is helpful.

I have somewhat of an athletic build also. My weight is in my thighs. I'm 5'5" and 150 lbs. I went with a medium and I wish the legs were just a little bit bigger. Hope that helps.
