The switch was configured and it works like a charm. Plugged into CISCO switch without issue and was recognized. Only 5 ft distance, so reaching speeds was easy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by D***. on November 15, 2023* Installed this into a 10G capable switch and it worked just fine. Granted the distance was short as this was tested on the bench, but it worked well. I interfaced it to another brand SFP+ unit and both ends synced up just fine. The switch reported a 10300mb connection which is normal for a 10G SFP+ module.
