However, once all the tubing and connections were made, it's actually as silent as all my other aquarium air pumps. So instead of having to replace the air pump, it's sitting happily in my tent pumping doing its job.I did not like that some of the holes for tubing were on the bucket instead of the lid, so i simply drilled 2 holes on the lid for the air pump and water recycle tubes. I then used regular tubing to fill the two unused holes on the bucket so that there wouldnt be any leaks.Very happy with this system.
