My naturopath recommended this product to me to take daily and it's working wonders along with trying to eat more veggies (which I'm terrible at)! I was told that taking vitamin D in the liquid form is better than swallowing a pill because it reaches the bloodstream faster. As a part of my morning routine I mix about five drops into any drink. It's very easy to dispense and won't clog the hole it comes out of. It dissolves super easily and has a pleasant taste if it's just mixed in with water. It will settle to the bottom pretty quickly though so it's best to drink it right away. It's been a year since I started taking this brand and my vitamin levels are back.
