There are zero instructions that show how to use this and there's not even a power cord you must come up with that yourself. Has no specs on its power needs so I expect it has its own regulator. I never got to the alarm temp so I'm not sure how it sounds or really works like I said it exploded a horrible fumes came from probe. Very sad this could have been what I was looking for. I will update. Have reached out to the company and will see how there customer service is.
