Review: Amazing! 100/10 Cleaner! - Works amazingly! Don't mind the windowsill I'm going to be attacking that next, but when I tell you that this spray works like a charm it REALLY DOES! I struggled to remove the pink/orange mold that persists in wet environments and no matter what it just kept coming back within a few weeks but with these sprays not only have I gotten rid of the disgusting stains on my shower wall but since using this spray I've had no more issues with the mold! This stuff really breaks down the mold with zero scrubbing and kills the bacteria that even let's it keep manifesting! My bathroom tile used to be so covered in mold that it looked like a child took paint and splattered it everywhere but I just used the green spray and it literally just melted away. Review: Magic in a bottle for mold and mildew! - Amazing! As long as you have a respirator, if you have a mold problem just buy this. The RMR-86 is like a magic eraser that starts making the mold disappear within 30 seconds right before your eyes. Had a bathroom ceiling that was covered in darkness be returned to new condition. A key warning: this stuff smells and acts like bleach. I wore a respirator and coveralls. I made sure the room was well ventilated and when I took the respirator off, the room had a significant bleach smell. It dissipated quickly, but make sure to use PPE. This stuff is no joke. I am an evangelist about not now. I old have an after picture. I wish I had taken a before picture. No scrubbing needed, it works on contact. I’m not sure how important the 141 is, but I sprayed the area as a precaution with it after the 86 was done. The 86 did the magic work of making the ceiling visibly restored.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How big of an area with a 32 ounce clean?**
A: If you need to treat a large area, I suggest using a ULV cold fogger. I purchased the Longray ULV portable electric cold fogger to kill toxic mold and spores under and in my house. We used the spray bottle of RMR-86 to clean and remove the source of mold (inner Ceramics crack in toilet was leaking water under the floorboards and house for a year), then sprayed RMR-141 directly on the wood where the fuzzy green/black mold was growing in addition to a 100% wide perimeter (about 15 sq ft) all of this within a containment tent. We still have 3/4 of a bottle left. After it dried for a couple days, we used Rot Terminator to harden and seal all of the wood. We then used the ULV fogger with RMR-141 to fog the crawl space under the whole house and a basement studio apartment where a sewer ejection pump failure resulted in a sewage water flood. A water restoration and mold remediation company hadn’t completed the necessary steps in a timely manner and didn’t complete demolition of the total directly affected walls and floor. Upstairs we used the ULV fogger with RMR Botanical to fog 3200 sq ft of living space, every inch, including all furniture, wooden blinds, window treatments, inside cabinets, closets, mattresses, etc. We only used 1.5 gallons. Then the whole house was vacuumed and wiped down to remove the dead spores. I am highly chemical sensitive due to suffering from acute mycotoxicity, and because I am a scientist/doctor who has also studied homeopathy and naturopathic medicine extensively, knew the ingredients of the botanical spray would be safe for me AND kill molds/bacteria/viruses.

**Q: You mention how the RMR-86 eats metals, what do you do about the drain in a shower?**
A: I am not sure what you mean about the drain in shower. However I have used this product every where! Its amazing. I use in the shower, sinks, on hardwood floors, baseboards, patio furniture, and on my vinyl siding on my house. I think they are just advising you to test it in small area and stating that certain materials might counteract with this product.  I will say, make sure you house is well ventilated when using, because it is really potent.

**Q: What kind of "gas mask" should be used for treating a ceiling?**
A: You want to use a 3M 6900 series full face mask with cartridges for mold and chemicals. You will also need to get a heavy duty Tyvek suit, shoe covers, and disposable gloves (you can buy a set with the suit, booties and gloves on Amazon for $10). I also suggest getting a ULV cold fogger and fogging the whole room, as live spores from the moldy ceiling will have dispersed over everything in the room, including the walls. If you don’t treat the whole room, these live spores will reinfect the space. Once you are done treating the room, remove the body protection immediately outside the room and dispose in a heavy contractor trash bag and take the sealed bag outside. Before removing the body protection, take your mask off and put in a trash bag, take it outside as well. Remove the cartridges, and use RMR Botanical to spray the mask to kill any live spores. Once the room is fogged, use a shopvac style vacuum with a HEPA filtration system and dust bag to vacuum the room top to bottom to remove dead spores. Once finished, take the vacuum outside and discard the dust bag in a contractor trash bag as well.

**Q: Just got my product and sprayed it on. I read from some that it has a strong odor. Mine has absolutely no smell at all. Is it supposed to?**
A: Good Morning
The RMR-86 generally has a stronger bleach like odor. Some don't notice the smell while others do.  The RMR-141, on the other hand, only has a slight lemon smell that is used as a tracer. This odor goes away after just a few minutes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works amazing for attic mold!

This stuff worked AMAZING on attic mold. I had an insulation contractor come and look at doing blown in insulation in my attic. But they spotted some black mold and wanted a complete mold abatement before they would do any work. I looked into professional mold abatement. No way I could afford that. So I bought this premix in the spray bottles. Don’t want to get into mixing in a sprayer. I started by making and using a tyvek suit and the 86 remover. You definitely don’t want to breathe it in. Headed into the attic. Started spraying wherever I could see mold. Then ended up spraying the entire underside of the roof decking. The mold disappeared almost instantly! And these bottles go along ways. Two were enough to get all areas of concern in my 600 sq ft house. After spraying couple hours later I went up and reapplied on the trouble spots just to make sure it was all dead. Then the next day once it was all dry I went up with the other bottle that contains a fungicide and I sprayed everything again. Two coats. 2 months later the blown in insulation project is complete. The company was completely happy with how I did it with these chemicals and were perfectly willing to do the job after I killed it all. And the biggest advantage of using these chemicals is no sealing things up. The professionals hit the surface with pressurized dry ice. This requires them to seal everything and use fans with hepa filters to make sure no spores end up in the house. But this method you are just killing it in place. You are never disturbing it, so don’t have to deal with all the masking and plastic and hepa filtration equipment. And there is no risk of it escaping in the house as it’s dead in contact. Then the second spray just makes sure it doesn’t come back. I now have proper insulation and venting so hopefully will never be an issue ever again. I just rechecked several of the worst areas. It’s now a couple months later. Nothing. The wood sheathing is clean. No black mold has returned. So hopefully problem solved. The two bottles in the kit will easily treat 200 to 300 square feet of surface very well. I ended up buying 2 kits and it did all I needed with half bottles left for future if needed. So thank you to whoever makes this. In this case the expression “better living through chemistry” holds true. This stuff killed the mold instantly and appears to have sold the problem of reoccurrence. Just don’t breathe it. The first bottle, the 86, had an almost overwhelming smell. It’s strong. But I used a spray painting respirator which I fit nice and tight and properly after shaving my beard and I was absolutely fine.
