Although I have not used them for that many outdoor projects, they have become an indispensable tool for the work I've been doing on weekends for the last few years: helping to build sets for plays for the local high school. Next play up is Robin Hood.It seems that there is always a need for these snips - so much so that I'm ordering another pair today for the school. It's one of those tools that, when you pick it up, you say to yourself, "Yeah, these feel good!". It's a quality tool for sure.
