**Q: I do not see a kosher symbol on the package, near the nutrition panel or anywhere else, and OU says specifically "symbol required."  Kosher really?**
A: This product is Kosher, and the symbol can be found on the back of the packaging. It is under the supervision of the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union.

**Q: how much -sugar, sodium and carbs why dont they show the back of the box.?**
A: The back of the box is very clearly shown.  Seek & you will find.

**Q: Can this be used just as a coffee creamer? Or does it need to be frothed? I just drink a cup of regular coffee each morning, not lattes.**
A: Yes, this can be used as a coffee creamer and does not have to be steamed or frothed to enjoy.

**Q: How long does this stay shelf stable, unopened?**
A: To clarify, It is supposed to be good for one year, unopened, from the date of production, so with shipping, warehouse and/or store shelf storage, I have always figured 3-6 months from purchase. I buy these multi-packs regularly, go through them easily in that time frame, and have never had any issues. Hope this helps

This is by far the best tasting almond milk that I have tried in my espresso drinks. I'm not a fan of almond milk because it usually tastes like paper or that soft papery shell around an almond nut instead of coffee. This does not have that taste. It does not foam for me as well as some other milks (soy and Ripple's pea protein milk does better), but it isn't bad. I was in search of a good almond milk since I am concerned about using soy (which for me is the absolute best in espresso drinks) and the pea protein just tasted kind of strange. So I will continue with this!
