I had a powertec bench that came with the powertec leverage which is a very nice bench as well but just dosent feel as stable as this bench. the new powertec benches have better front feet so i imagine it wont feel like you are tipping over.the optional leg attachment holder is a few inches offset from the bench seat which is more ergonomic since the bench tends to fit me better and i dont have to adjust to the bench.the adjustments from incline to decline are simpler love it..the padding on this bench is narrower by width which allows shoulders and side contact with the bench when doing exercises. this is a plus for me. the padding is just ok (im fat) for normal size people it would be great.I dont have a reference since i sold the powertec bench. but this bench seems bigger.Instructions were adequate and easy to follow.I will have this bench for a long time its very high quality and solid. I will try a body solid cage next just because of the quality of this bench.August 2021 Bench is still going strong. Excellent Investment.
