Do you wrap around a pull-up bar and somehow put feet in loops?** A: I wrap around pull-up bar then put one foot in the lower loop. Put opposite foot over to trap it so it doesn’t snap up and hurt me…… **Q: Is this a cheap knock off of Iron Infidel. It seems like you copy a lot of their designs.** A: The quality is high…so definitely not cheap. Not familiar with Iron Infidel to say whether there is similarities though. **Q: What is the width of the widest band?** A: 2.5” in width **Q: What is the length of each band?** A: Not sure. I haven’t used in awhile. If I had to guess 18-24inches.
