How they get them hyper-caffeinated, I don't know.What I do know is that this stuff suffers from the same problem as almost all commercial coffee makers. It's stale. The truth of it is, when I rate commercial coffees, I'm really rating how well it holds its flavor as it ages.This stuff isn't terrible. It's better than Starbucks, but I wouldn't write home about it. The last hyper-caffeinated bean I bought ended up in the garbage disposal.
