A: I have the 3 gallon, however it sits upright…I will tell you this. It is “Water Tight” can’t see a reason why it can’t travel upside down!!! Just my 2 cents!

**Q: are the actual dimensions this: 16 1/4" x 15" x 4 3/8"?**
A: Just measure mine. 15”W  it’s around 17” H to the cap. 4-1/2” thick.

**Q: Are these Blems, or do they have the 10 year warranty?**
A: They are new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
