Despite standing on the wall as a young girl (per my mother's orders), my rounded shoulders have only become more and more pronounced over the years. I am conscious I need to fix it or I will be facing back problems as I age. I ordered this because it seemed relatively sturdy for its price. I'm 5 days into wearing it and it has proven satisfactory at best. Even after only 5 days, the elastic feels like its stretched out and I don't feel as if it is as effective as it was in the first few days. I kind of expected this, but hoped for the best. Also, within the first day, one of the magnets fell out of the brace - though I'm not even really sure the purpose of the magnets. In addition, you really have to focus on NOT focusing on the discomfort of the brace. I typically wear it over a tanktop under my shirt and it rubs the fronts of my shoulders raw. I readjust it often throughout the day. (However, the discomfort does lessen when I pull my shoulders further back, so in a way it sort of helps the cause in a painful, indirect way.) A really good this is that it rarely shows through clothes. I typically wear shirts that are pretty snug on my body, and my friends have commented on the fact that they couldn't even tell I was wearing a brace. Overall, it is a good brace for me - I am able to handle the discomfort and use it toward trying to correct my posture. However if you have sensitive skin that does not handle rubbing very well, I would recommend wearing a sold undershirt with the brace or continue looking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Back vest *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 5, 2023* Comfortable ### ⭐⭐ cheaply made and uncomfortable *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on December 21, 2014* I was surprised when this came in a package that fit in the palm of my hand. It is very small, and mostly just straps The picture makes it appear that there is some substance to this product, but there is not. The magnets are tiny little dots. The brace is uncomfortable, and I've only been able to wear it in small doses. It actually does put your shoulders back (which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1).
