The difference between cocoa and chocolate is that cocoa has little or no cocoa butter, and chocolate contains cocoa butter. **Q: Does this taste good if you melt it into to coffee and drink it mixed in like that?** A: It doesn’t melt naturally: traditionally, you use a hand blender (molinillo) to make sure it dissolves. What I have tried in the past - and was DELICIOUS - was to grind the coffee beans together with the chocolate Luker. And then the flavor gets mixed with the coffee. If you still want to try your method I would use regular chocolate, not the bitter one. **Q: Is bitter chocolate the same as unsweetened for use in recipes?** A: I would say it is comparable to that, yes.
