Disinfected?** A: I do not know if they are washed, I usually rinse the bags before I put the ice in them. I got mine all before the corona virus started anyway. **Q: Do these bags come with ice in them?** A: Kinda...it's dehydrated water, you simply add water to the bag, then freeze. Love these!!! **Q: leakproof? Could I fill partway with store ice while camping to keep veggies fresh but not waterlogged from ice melt.
