The threads in bottom where blades bolt fits had to be retapped. Due to faulty machining on product end. Once I cleared a few rounds of thread. Bolt went in fine

Unusably Poor Machining
Hole in spindle shaft is not bored straight so the blade bolt cannot be threaded in from the bottom. Poor machining quality makes the spindle entirely unusable.
