This one impressed me. Every morning I make an "brown sugar iced shaken espresso" in a mason jar. It's my weakness, and I'll never give it up. So I've been trying to add protein to it, to attempt to balance out the unnecessary daily calories the coffee provides. And I've yet to find one that doesnt totally ruin my coffee, until this one.So I just added the two scoops of this to my normal morning coffee recipe, and shook the jar as I normally do. It broke down just as quickly as the brown sugar did. And the flavor is surprisingly mild compared to other powders I've tried.I caught myself bracing for the "nasty flavor" impact on my very first drink, and I was SO pleasantly surprised that it wasn't bad at all. It wasn't even JUST tolerable. My coffee was still GOOD.
