I will be devasted if they stop making this cereal. Here are a few key points about this cereal:1) Yes, it is pricey, but as someone who follows a low-carb diet, this is not an everyday food. I see this as a treat, and keto foods tend to be higher in price. I rather buy a little more expensive keto cereal that I actually enjoy versus eating something that is "okay."2) Yes, this cereal is hard! I personally love super crunchy cereal, so this is perfect for me! If you like everything about this, but the texture/crunch, if you let your cereal sit in your milk for a little bit, it will get softer. If you're consuming as a dry cereal, maybe let it sit in your mouth before chewing?3) Yes, this is very sweet! I would say that it's a similar sweetness level to Magic Spoon (I think they are very sweet too), but it has a less stevia aftertaste. The erythritol flavor/coolness is prominent in this product, but not to the point it would bother me (I'm very picky). Again, if you're using unsweetened plant milk, it balances it out perfectly!
