However, using our fingers to pick on the zits can only do more damage by pushing the contents deeper into our skin, introducing bacteria through unclean nails and risk scarring. Not many of us can afford getting a monthly facial.   Instructions: 1. You need to open up your pores. You can place a hot, wet towel over your face and "steam" it for 2-3 mins or you can also take a hot shower. 2. Sanitize the tools by washing them with warm water and a mild detergent, followed by Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol and air dry. Wash your face and hands. 3. Find a blemish you want to get rid of. It is recommended to wipe the blemish with a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol. 4. Select the right extracting tool from your Blemish kit, press down with the right amount of pressure. In most cases, whatever's in there will pop right out, no mess, no fuss. Gently wipe the extractions with a clean cotton ball or sterile gauze. In some cases, your skin may slightly bleed after using the extractor. Again, lightly pat your skin with gauze or cotton ball to absorb any blood. *However when dealing with more serious deep acne, we recommend visiting your Dermatologist/Esthetician. Additional medical procedures may be required for treatment depending on the severity of the acne.
