Best quality, made well, very sturdy. Like that it has a handle, has several light options, low, medium, bright and a red emergency flashing light. Didn't realize it had red-light. Battery operated, not included. Loved them so much. Bought an additional 2 for each car (especially for red flashing light) and bought 2 for my elderly mother. Nothing at big box stores compare with quality. I went to Lowes, Home Depot, Target and Walmart.
