It’s pretty, fits in my cup holder in the car, keeps coffee temp reasonably regulated and the lid seals pretty well, only leaked once and I think that was user error. I really like the product

This is a beautiful ceramic travel mug!  It keeps my coffee hot, it's easy to hold because it actually has a handle.  I would definitely recommend this product!  I received prompt shipping from the seller and fast delivery service.

I enjoyed this cup so much that I bought a second one and then sent another to my sister-in-law.  That is why I was disappointed when it started leaking - apparently from the bottom of the handle.
