The shipment was on time, within 2 days ( WOOT PRIME), came in great condition, I just drilled 2 holes in the top for my airline to go through and put it right on and fit perfect onto my bucket! My plants are sitting in there jacuzzi loving life!

I should have read other reviews but missing pieces seem to be too common an issue. The product itself seems perfectly fine, but I will return and hope to find a more reliable seller.Edit: added back two stars bc the seller contacted me quickly and offered a full refund for my trouble, even before I returned the item. I appreciate the pro-active customer service.
