That's what they're for. You can wrap your muffin top, saddle bags, bingo wings, fupa, meat hooks.... They're used to keep a body wrap in place. Ideally you can wrap your target area with a layer of saran wrap. Then use our wraps to secure the saran wrap in place and insulate the area. **Q: do you only use these as spa wraps, or could these be used for chest binding?** A: I use them for compression binding, which probably isn't as tight as chest binding. They work okay, but start to stretch out a bit and get saggy after a few uses.
