Thanks** A: If its says 1.0 I would assume that's 1mm in depth. That length is generally for use on the body. I use either 0.3 or 0.5 on my face. 0.3 is for cosmetic needling and can be done twice a week. 0 5 is classed as medical needling and should only be done once a month at this depth. If using on the body I would only treat the area at this depth once a month any more will damage your skin.
