Flex tape gives same amount of support **Q: i am a woman 196pds 5’8” what size should i get. but I’m not chunky on top .average arms** A: I just used the sizing chart and mine fits fine. **Q: Does this shirt provide shoulder retraction (shoulders down and chest out)?** A: Not sure I understand what you are talking about. The Double Shoulder Support is not part of any shirt. This model seems to be wearing a shirt underneath the Shoulder Brace. I know I do the same thing, more comfortable that way. As for providing shoulder retraction I can only say my experience using this Support system seems to keep everything in place. I have a separated rotor cuff tendon and doing any heavy lifting before getting this support system was difficult and painful. I have few problems now. In fact was Bench Pressing 90lbs plus the machines bar this morning. 4 Sets of 20, 15, 12, and 10 reps. No problem. Except I was a tad tired but no pain or at least not enough pain to make me stop the exercise routine. Hope that answers your question. **Q: What does Pack of one mean? Only one side?** A: It’s a brace for one adult. However, it is not a good brace. It has too many different straps which makes it hard for one person to put on by themselves. Not a good product. I sent it back. The picture on line is not a good representation of the actual product.
