Helped so much with the itch and really cleaned my skin. I expected my cast to smell at least a little bit when I got it cut off, but it did not! It smelled like the cleansing pads. Very clean and kind of like soap or baby powder. It was a soft scent. My skin was a bit dry, but that was so much better than mold or excessive moisture!! I highly recommend this product primarily for itch relief and for that clean feeling. I wasn't sure how good of a job it did until I saw my leg when the cast came off. It comes with a tube of cleansing pads. Those lasted about a month with daily/every other day cleaning. The kit I bought came with two velcro (stick) scratchers which is awesome!
