Iron tablets more blood tests and still no answerI decided to try this supliment. after just one week I feel like I have come out of a long dark tunnel I have more energy have lost the wooly brain feeling I am back to all my exercises and even feel happier ,I can't believe how I feel after such a short time. I am so glad that I have purchased 2 bottles. I tried them first without my Levothyroxine and found that they gave me energy and less brain fog, but I did start to get anxiety and could not sleep. I then took my 75mg Levothyroxine along with 1 capsule of thyroid complex. All I can say is I felt alert, less tired and no brain fog and slept well and no anxiety. I still cannot believe how I feel so much better after suffering from underactive thyroid and feeling lousy for a year. My recommendation is to take you levothyroxine with 1 capsule try that before taking to capsules. It worked for me. I was sceptical buying these on the internet and not sure how true the reviews were. So Pleased I trusted my instincts and will be re-ordering.
