They should be able to tell you if parts are available for their product and where you can purchase them. **Q: Will this remove rock hard exterior window caulking** A: I would think it would remove old caulking, it may break the glass also. Not overly lengthy or heavy. I think it's a good value. One thing to be aware of, and no fault of the scaler. A 1/4" air connector came with it in the box. I wasn't sure which part to unscrew to install it, so the first thing I unscrewed was the large nut on the end of the scaler. The opening was too large for the 1/4" connector. Thinking it should have fit, so I looked a little closer. On the end of the large nut, is a thin, knurled disk. THAT is what you need to unscrew to install the 1/4" connector! It is threaded to match the 1/4" air connector. I screwed the 1/4" connector into the large nut, and then the large nut back into the scaler....success!
