**Q: Do you need the mat, while using it on carpet?**
A: I use the mat. Helps the machine not to wobble.  If you have a low pile carpet it might do okay.

**Q: Does it help to build muscles in your legs?**
A: Yes my long shorts have gotten tighter close to my kneess.  but it has helped me with my knees and body circulation. I can cross my legs and much more,

**Q: Is this good for a person that cant pedal?**
A: Yes. This machine runs the pedals at three different speed levels. You do not pedal, it does it for you. The motion of the pedals helps to provide good circulation in the ankles and feet.

**Q: Is it already assembled?**
A: Mine came assembled.
