I researched for good strong caps to highlight my own hair. I chose these believing I found the right ones. I've been waiting for Labor Day weekend to come to highlight my hair. Not going to happen as planned.PROFits any size head. You tighten it by pulling it down, and tie it under your chin. You can do an image search online to see this.Plastic seems strong. A cheap one bought at Sally's was tight and easily tore.CONNo holes. I tried poking the holes while wearing it. That failed. You have to poke the holes before putting it on, and use a black Sharpie to circle the holes to make them easier to find. Not what I expected. Nothing in the description for the product tells the buyer this important fact.I hope this review gives you the information you need to make the right decision. The others gave no details as to why they liked or disliked.

These are the best! With some tape they can be customized to fit any head and you can pull the hair though anywhere on the cap. I would highly reccommend!
