This DVD is NOT for the students and if some one at your home is not getting sleep this DVD will help them to get sleep in 2 minutes guaranteed.Amazon should place the Product Description and also preview of all the DVD's, so the customers will get the option of knowing what they are buying. I would blame Amazon for this issue.
