Review: A nice little roller/pan combo. - I bought this for applying primer to a folding table that I wanted to epoxy. It worked great. I'd never used a sponge type paint roller before. It left a nice smooth finish and it was reasonably priced. I don't think it would be very suitable for a large room-painting operation, since in covers only four inches at a time, but I think it's great for small areas and projects. The roller cleans up easily, provided the stuff you are using is clean-up friendly, and no lint. I like it. I plan to epoxy my kitchen counter tops one day soon, and it will do nicely for putting down the base coat and top coat. I don't know if it matters, but I was using water-based paint. I don't know how it would hold up to oil-based paints. That could be a question for Ask Doofus.
