This is exactly what I need for my students with motor challenges and reduced safety skills! In my opinion these are better than the standard table Mount scissors because they are smaller, easier to operate, and have safety guards over the blades so that kids can't get their fingers between the blades. I have several students who have no safety awareness with scissors and I have tried other safety scissors but generally they are just too dull to cut fingers, or paper, which makes the cutting experience even more frustrating. Most adaptive scissors are very dangerous because they're sharp and the blades are always open. There are some areas that look like they could be damaged easily with wear, but in my opinion it's worth it for the superb design!
