Weight Capacity: 50 lb Review: Love love love - I love my coat rack!! It was easy to put together and looks great by my door!! It holds all my jackets and my purse with room to spare. Highly recommend Review: Cheap, cheerful and worth every penny - This was everything I wanted for aesthetic, price, non-tippy-ness, and number of hooks. This changed our entryway/kitchen/living room for the better! It was pretty easy to put together, only required one person and about an hour. Some of the plastic caps split, but they were mostly for cosmetic purposes anyway. I hike with our Shiba Inu in ALL weather and we have a LOT of accessories. This takes on my multiple weight jackets, snow pants, many hats/scarves/balaclavas, hydration backpack, goggles, dog harness/vest and retractable leash and still leaves enough room for the rest of the family and guests. It has only tipped over twice and once was due to a child and the other was intoxicated. ## Features - Metal - Three-tier storage: 11 hooks provide vertical storage for coats, hats, scarves, bags, and umbrellas - Saves floor space: Vertical design maximizes storage without occupying large floor areas - Strong and lightweight: Durable metal build holds up to 4.4 lbs per hook while remaining easy to move - Professional look: Sleek black metal finish blends with office and home office décor - Compact footprint: Measures 18"L x 18"W x 68.5"H (45.72 x 45.72 x 173.99 cm) and weighs 4.75 lbs for easy placement in small spaces ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01MY2Q8QI | | Additional Features | Portable | | Assembly Instructions Description | Included | | Best Sellers Rank | #130,670 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #62 in Coat Racks | | Brand | Mind Reader | | Brand Name | Mind Reader | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 12,557 Reviews | | Finish Types | black | | Frame Material | Metal | | Furniture Finish | Black | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00887530007941 | | Included Components | One 11-Hook Standing Coat Rack | | Installation Type | Free Standing | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 18"D x 18"W x 68.5"H | | Item Type Name | Multi-Tier Organizer for Office and Entryway, Metal | | Load Capacity | 5E+1 pounds | | Manufacturer | EMS Mind Reader LLC | | Manufacturer Part Number | COATRACK11-BLK | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | No Warranty | | Material | Metal | | Material Type | Metal | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 50 pounds | | Model Number | COATRACK11-BLK | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Shelves | 3 | | Product Dimensions | 18"D x 18"W x 68.5"H | | Product Style | Multi-purpose,Coat,Wall-mounted,Free-standing,Hat | | Recommended Uses For Product | Coats, Hats, Umbrella | | UPC | 887530007941 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Mind Reader - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Metal - **Product Dimensions:** 18"D x 18"W x 68.5"H - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Coats, Hats, Umbrella ## Images ![Mind Reader Freestanding Coat Rack, Multi-Tier Organizer for Office and Entryway, Metal, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61I4WnzpV5L.jpg) ![Mind Reader Freestanding Coat Rack, Multi-Tier Organizer for Office and Entryway, Metal, Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/816GjUM3T0L.jpg) ![Mind Reader Freestanding Coat Rack, Multi-Tier Organizer for Office and Entryway, Metal, Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61b+IqwSZbL.jpg) ![Mind Reader Freestanding Coat Rack, Multi-Tier Organizer for Office and Entryway, Metal, Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71r9lMUAW5L.jpg) ![Mind Reader Freestanding Coat Rack, Multi-Tier Organizer for Office and Entryway, Metal, Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71WYRJ9T8+L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does anyone know how many pounds it can hold?** A: Not sure, but I have loaded 2 faux furs, 2 parkas, 2 hoodies, and several kids' jackets all at once. The real trick is balancing them. Properly balanced, it could easily hold >150 lbs. **Q: Has anyone had trouble getting A and B to fit securely together in the middle? I can’t get the top pole to completely push down, so it is wobbly.** A: I had trouble labeling the parts at first. Once properly id’ed they fit together properly. It would be helpful if the manufacturer identified the pieces for the user! Once assembled properly, the parts fit and the tree is stable. **Q: Just received mine. my part a does not have a smaller end to fit into part b and part b had to many holes?.** A: Same, it came with two "B" poles, and zero "A" poles :( **Q: I had alot of trouble with the screws on the bottom. has anyone had this issue. They wont go in all the way ans its a bit wobby** A: No I did not have any trouble at all. I wished I had ordered it much sooner. It is very sturdy. I have my purse, raincoat, umbrella, 2 hoodies, dog leash and another coat hanging from the coat rack. We are in an apartment and space is limited so this is wonderful for us. I would contact them and let them know you are having trouble with the coat rack. All vendors and Amazon are wonderful at replacing items. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love love love *by D***L on June 20, 2025* I love my coat rack!! It was easy to put together and looks great by my door!! It holds all my jackets and my purse with room to spare. Highly recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap, cheerful and worth every penny *by H***R on March 5, 2021* This was everything I wanted for aesthetic, price, non-tippy-ness, and number of hooks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Attractive and Functional Coat Rack *by R***E on November 4, 2023* This aluminum coat rack has pleasantly surprised me with its usefulness and functionality. I never thought I would find a coat rack so essential, but it has quickly become a vital part of my daily routine. I primarily use this coat rack to hang my hoodies, belt, and sling bags, and it does an excellent job of keeping my items organized and easily accessible. The sleek design of the rack adds a touch of elegance to my space, and I find it visually appealing. One aspect to be mindful of is the rack's lightweight construction. If too much weight is placed on one side, it may cause the rack to topple over. It would be beneficial if the manufacturer could enhance the stability by incorporating a better locking mechanism for the upper and bottom rods. At present, even a simple movement of the rack can cause the two halves to separate, necessitating a firm grip on both sides to keep it intact. In addition, I believe that a slightly heavier build would enhance the overall sturdiness of the rack. Just a bit more weight would provide added reassurance in terms of durability. Despite these minor concerns, I am pleased with my purchase overall. The coat rack fulfills its purpose admirably, facilitating efficient organization and storage of my belongings. Its attractive design elevates the aesthetic of my space while serving a practical purpose. To summarize, if you are seeking an appealing and functional coat rack, is worth considering. While it may have some minor drawbacks related to stability and weight, its overall performance and sleek design make it a valuable addition to any space. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mind Reader Coat Rack, Hall Tree, Freestanding Organizer, Coat Tree, Hat, Jacket, Purse, Metal, 18"L x 18"W x 68.5"H, Black, 11 - Whitmor 10 Hook Accessory Hanger, Chrome & Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/38788774-mind-reader-freestanding-coat-rack-multi-tier-organizer-for-office](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/38788774-mind-reader-freestanding-coat-rack-multi-tier-organizer-for-office) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
