Review: Excellent for in the car or camping. - I really like this portable DVD player. I bought it for when I go camping. I have used it for 2 camping trips since I bought it. It is very easy to use and comes with a remote control which is very nice. The picture quality is good, I wish the volume could be a little louder for when there is noise around you but it is still a good product.
Review: Perfect for My Autistic Daughter – Reliable, Easy to Use, and She Loves It! - I purchased the MYDASH 12.5" Portable DVD Player for my 13-year-old autistic daughter, and it has been absolutely perfect for her. She has a deep love for DVDs and watches them every single day, so having a reliable, easy-to-use player is incredibly important for her routine—and this one has not disappointed. The screen is a great size—large enough to enjoy her favorite shows without straining her eyes, but still lightweight and portable enough for her to carry around the house or take with us on car rides or trips. The picture and sound quality are both very good, and the swivel screen is a nice bonus. She was able to start using it right away with minimal help. The buttons are intuitive, and the remote makes it even easier for her to navigate. The battery life has been solid so far, and we love that it also works while plugged in, just in case. For the price, this DVD player is an incredible value. It’s durable, dependable, and has quickly become one of her favorite items. If you have a child who finds comfort in routines and favorite DVDs like mine does, this player is a wonderful choice. Highly recommend!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: When your done charging does the power indicator disappears or it turns green?**
A: Turns green 🍏

**Q: I need to replace the charger what charger should I buy? I’ve already bought two that are not the correct ones, and unsure which one to buy now.**
A: The jack on the player says "DC-in", i don't know what the jack is called, but it is small and round.

**Q: Can it read sd cards to view photos**
A: Yes, you can view photos on SD cards.

**Q: Is it easy to use for children and the elderly?**
A: Yes and no. Especially after a recent trip. buttons on the unit are confusing but the remote control is easy to use. it does not have the battery life for a 3-hour movie short movies only. Plugged into the wall or the car you can watch anything you want. the car plug is not long enough to reach from the front seat to the back so unless you have an AUX plug in the back seat or middle you can't put it on the back of the headrest. Now when we made it to our beautiful cabin with no Wi-Fi, no internet, no phone service at all, not even a TV or a radio,it was a very wonderful thing to have with a few movies!! because even when you're out there for nature when it rains it's nice to have something to do inside.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update
*by L***N on 8 September 2024*

I bought this for my daughter. In less than 2 weeks it just stopped playing movies. So, I returned it and Amazon promplty sent a replacement. Upon opening and turning on the replacement, we noticed that there were pixel issues on a small portion of the screen, which in the next 2 days grew to major screen problems. I believe that the replacement was a refurbished machine and not a new one, because of the issue, right out of the box,so we are returning the unuseable replacement too. I think I'll look for a different brand next time. It's too bad because she loved the first one for as long as it worked. *** UPDATE: This seller sent a new player. I was surprised. My daughter is happy. The new one is working well. We will update again if necessary. Thank you to this seller! I am updating from 2 stars to 4 stars because of the stellar customer service! You can be comfortable purchasing from this seller.
