We bought a couple of parakeets. Unfortunately the birds could get through the bars and then would get trapped in between the cage and mesh. Make sure you get a bird bigger than parakeets. Never noticed them with the nails getting caught in. **Q: It says not recommend for large or X-Large cages but I see pictures of those with this net? Will it fit or not?** A: My cage is 20"x30". The net would fit a somewhat larger cage. I did not experience any difference in the amount of seeds the birds threw out. It was not visually pleasing. I quit using it. **Q: Will this fit my cage 36” X 24”?** A: Yes it would fit, however I don't recommend buying. I bought 2 and they were used and ripped **Q: Finch flight cage is 60" long x 23" wide. Will this skirt fit?** A: Yes. It should fit. ## Frequently Bought Together - Shappy Large Bird Cage Seed Catcher,Bird Cage Cover Net Skirt Guard,Adjustable Soft Airy Mesh Net for Parrot Parakeet Macaw(78.7 x 15 Inch/ 200 x 37 cm,Black) - Swing Hanging Standing Chewing Toy Hammock Climbing Ladder, Cage Colorful Toys Suitable for Budgerigar, Parakeet, Conure, Cockatiel, Mynah, Love Birds, Finches - Penn-Plax Bird-Life (BA655) Natural E Cuttlebones | Enriched with Omega 3 and Vitamin B1 | Great for All Birds | 2 Cuttlebone Treats per Package --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/386114232-shappy-adjustable-bird-cage-net-cover-birdcage-seed-feather-catcher](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/386114232-shappy-adjustable-bird-cage-net-cover-birdcage-seed-feather-catcher) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
