I chose this particular brand because one of the things that mentioned was all natural and silicate free which is the stuff that causes bacteria to run rampant in your mouth. As far as the quantity it's very good because it's very foamy and if you've used just a small amount on your toothbrush it'll last you for an entire brush so I still have a whole tube and a half left. As far as winding I couldn't really tell you if it works cuz my teeth were white prior to usage but I can tell you that it makes you feel refreshed afterwards when you use it. Unlike a lot of main brand toothpaste it doesn't leave that nasty alcohol aftertaste that you get from those toothpaste and if you do happen to swallow a little bit it doesn't make you feel sick afterwards. I find this a good remedy to anyone who's trying to take better care of their teeth or is having teeth issues and doesn't want to use the nasty main brands that cause these problems.
