**Q: Can you use just one mount for whole gun?**
A: single point, yes and no. Double point, yes and no. I bought this and it worked for me on my handguard. My buttstock had a QD sling mount on it. Most do, some don't. some castle nuts even have a QD slot built in. If you tried to use a single point on the handguard there is a high chance you will be danging the gun pointing up/flagging yourself. Not safe.

**Q: Will this Magpul mount fit the Magpul qdm swivel?**
A: Absolutely. That's the swivel I use on both of my rifle slings.

**Q: It’s works with magpul ms1 sling? Tks**
A: As long as it has the QD attachment

**Q: Is this strong enough for a shotgun?**
A: Yes, for sure. The part will survive the kick no problem, just ensure the nut is tightened down enough.
